All aboard for a day of shopping, crafts, and trains! The Spring Market & Artisan Fair joins the Cameron Train Show for a unique shopping experience. Browse handcrafted goods from local artisans, explore downtown boutiques, and enjoy fashion, antiques, jewelry, fine art, wine, and more. Shop, dine, and celebrate spring in the heart of Cameron!

Date & Time: Saturday, April 5, 2025, 10 am - 3 pm
Location: Downtown, Cameron
Admission: The Market is Free and open to the public

We’re looking for talented artisans and makers offering handmade creations, curated apparel, home goods, jewelry, candles, fine art, photography, pottery, furniture, soaps, and more.

$35 Vendor Fee
Registration Deadline: Saturday, March 29, 2025.
Pre-order boxed lunch available to vendors for $15

Participant Guidelines:

All vendors must submit completed applications. Submission of application does not guarantee acceptance. Applications are processed as received and will be notified of acceptance within 72 business hours via email. Payment is due upon application approval.

  • Vendors are provided with a 10x10 space. Participants are responsible for their own setup and must provide their own 10x10 canopies, displays, tables and chairs. (White tents are highly encouraged.)

  • Participants must have the ability to take electronic payments.

  • No refunds will be issued after acceptance to the event.

  • Electricity will not be provided. Vendors are responsible for power if needed.

  • Set-up schedule is from 7:30 a.m. - 9:45 a.m.

  • The event starts at 10 a.m. and ends at 3 p.m.

  • Clean-up/tear-down is from 3 - 4p.m.

  • Terms and conditions must be acknowledged and accepted via signature within this application.

Prohibited Items: Drawings or raffles shall not be allowed. No political party booths. Vendors shall not sell or give away drug paraphernalia, firecrackers, smoke bombs, stink bombs, laser items, knives/swords, brass knuckles, guns, sprays, stun guns, any weapon-related item, or any other items deemed as undesirable by the event coordinators. No mass produced products. No THC-related products. Must make 75% of the goods located in your booth. This includes personally hand-crafted items.
