All aboard for a day of shopping, crafts, and trains! The Spring Market & Artisan Fair joins the Cameron Train Show for a unique shopping experience. Browse handcrafted goods from local artisans, explore downtown boutiques, and enjoy fashion, antiques, jewelry, fine art, wine, and more. Shop, dine, and celebrate spring in the heart of Cameron!

Date & Time: Saturday, April 5, 2025, 10 am - 3 pm
Location: Downtown, Cameron
Admission: The Market is Free and open to the public

We’re looking for talented artisans and makers offering handmade creations, curated apparel, home goods, jewelry, candles, fine art, photography, pottery, furniture, soaps, and more.

$35 Vendor Fee
Registration Deadline: Saturday, March 29, 2025.
Pre-order boxed lunch available to vendors for $15

Participant Guidelines:

All vendors must submit completed applications. Submission of application does not guarantee acceptance. Applications are processed as received and will be notified of acceptance within 72 business hours via email. Payment is due upon application approval.

Vendors are provided with a 10x10 space. Participants are responsible for their own setup and must provide their own 10x10 canopies, displays, tables and chairs. (White tents are highly encouraged.)
Participants must have the ability to take electronic payments.
No refunds will be issued after acceptance to the event.
Electricity will not be provided. Vendors are responsible for power if needed.
Set-up schedule is from 7:30 a.m. - 9:45 a.m.
The event starts at 10 a.m. and ends at 3 p.m.
Clean-up/tear-down is from 3 - 4p.m.
Terms and conditions must be acknowledged and accepted via signature within this application.

Prohibited Items: Drawings or raffles shall not be allowed. No political party booths. Vendors shall not sell or give away drug paraphernalia, firecrackers, smoke bombs, stink bombs, laser items, knives/swords, brass knuckles, guns, sprays, stun guns, any weapon-related item, or any other items deemed as undesirable by the event coordinators. No mass produced products. No THC-related products. Must make 75% of the goods located in your booth. This includes personally hand-crafted items.

1. The City of Cameron does not guarantee vendor sales. 2. Vendors, their staff, employees, and agents must comply with all vendor policies, fire codes, laws, ordinances, and regulations pertinent to health, fire prevention, and public safety. Failure to comply may result in expulsion from the event without a refund. 3. A limited number of vendors in each category will be accepted to the event. Decisions are at the sole discretion of the City and based on, but not limited to the best interest of the event. The event reserves the right to admit duplicate businesses based on the event's needs and size. Exclusivity may be extended at the event’s discretion. 4. All location placements will be at the sole discretion of City of Cameron staff. WE ABSOLUTELY CANNOT GUARANTEE BOOTH SPACE LOCATIONS. Use of City of Cameron property is strictly limited to the assigned location. 5. Any product not specified in the application will not be allowed at the event. Unapproved items must be removed from the vendor booth when asked by City of Cameron Staff. Failure to abide will result in expulsion from the event in future years. 6. Vendor agrees to allow the City of Cameron to photograph booth spaces and products during the event for no additional compensation. Photos and videos taken may be used in future City of Cameron promotions. 7. Prohibited Items: Drawings or raffles shall not be allowed. No political party booths. City of Cameron reserves the right to refuse any application. Submission of an application does not guarantee a space. 11. Space assignments, additional information, parking instructions, and maps will be e-mailed to participating vendors on or about Tuesday, April 1, 2025. TYPE YOUR NAME AS ACKNOWLEDGEMENT.
